Cover Supervisor / HLTA

A mainstream primary school in LE1 are looking for a member of staff to work 5 days a week as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant. The successful applicants job role will include:

* Working across year groups
* Be capable of leading a class
* Be confident to lead when the teacher is absent
* Be flexible and proactive

Requirements:
* Confident in leading a class
* Experience covering a class is essential
* HLTA qualification (preferred not necessary)
* Comfortable working in Year 5
