Key Responsibilities

• Deliver planned lessons and support learning across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
• Lead small group interventions and whole-class activities.
• Collaborate with teachers to support pupil progress and classroom management.
• Adapt to different school environments and student needs.

Essential Requirements

• HLTA qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum of 40 days' experience working with children in the last two years.
• Strong understanding of the National Curriculum.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Willingness to complete a full DBS check.
