We are looking for a passionate and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our supportive and dynamic team from September 2025.

As an HLTA, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school, working closely with class teachers to deliver high-quality education and occasionally leading whole-class sessions.

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to support and deliver learning across key stages.
• Confidence to lead lessons in the absence of a teacher.
• Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, flexible and proactive attitude.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

• Supporting classroom learning in collaboration with teachers.
• Planning and delivering tailored interventions.
• Covering classes when required.
• Supporting pupils with varying needs to achieve their potential.
• Assisting in the preparation of resources and assessment of pupil progress.
