Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Harrow
Full-time | Term Time Only | £115-£125 per day (depending on experience)

Sanza Teaching Agency is seeking a confident, creative and flexible Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming and well-established 2-form entry primary school in the borough of Harrow from September 2025, for the full academic year.

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8:15am-4:00pm, supporting high-quality teaching and learning across the school. A key part of the role includes stepping into a cover teaching role confidently when required.

While HLTA qualification is preferred, the school will also consider experienced teaching assistants who have excellent curriculum knowledge and strong classroom management skills, and who are ready to take on class responsibility as needed.
