As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will:
? Deliver tailored support to students with SEN/SEND and ASD
? Design and lead dynamic, adaptable lessons to boost academic and social growth
? Collaborate with teachers and schools across South Yorkshire to champion inclusive education

? 1+ years' experience as an HLTA (SEN/SEND expertise is a plus)
? Experience supporting ASD, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or related needs
? Strong safeguarding knowledge and commitment to child welfare
? Enhanced DBS (registered or willing to obtain)
? Two professional references
? Eligibility to work in the UK
