As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will:
? Provide individualised support to learners with SEN/SEND and ASD
? Plan and deliver engaging lessons that promote academic and social development
? Work closely with teachers and schools across South Yorkshire to champion inclusive education

? 1+ years' experience as an HLTA (experience with SEN/SEND is desirable)
? Background in supporting ASD, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or similar needs
? Strong understanding of safeguarding and child welfare
? Enhanced DBS (registered or willing to obtain)
? Two professional references
? Right to work in the UK
