Your New Job

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. You will work closely with class teachers to deliver tailored interventions, lead small group sessions, and occasionally cover lessons in the teacher's absence. This is a full-time role starting in
September 2025, ideal for someone with experience in SEMH or alternative provision settings.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
• Experience working with children with SEMH needs or in a specialist setting
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills
• A calm, resilient, and empathetic approach
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
