Are you passionate about keeping our borough clean, green, and thriving? Hounslow Council is looking for dedicated Weeders to help maintain our public spaces, parks, and pathways to the high standards our residents expect and deserve.

As a Weeder, you'll play a vital role in keeping Hounslow looking its best. You'll be responsible for the removal of weeds from pavements, roadsides, and green spaces using manual and mechanical methods. Your work will contribute directly to the appearance and safety of our local environment.

• Removing weeds from streets, parks, and public spaces

• Using appropriate tools and machinery safely and effectively

• Reporting issues such as overgrowth, litter, or damage to surfaces

• Working collaboratively with the Street Services teams

• Ensuring compliance with all health and safety guidelines

• A good level of physical fitness and stamina

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

• Strong attention to detail

• A positive attitude and team spirit
