Hire Desk Administrator

A leading Construction & Groundwork's company are searching for a Hire Desk Administrator on a Maternity Cover

Contract: 12 month - possibility for extension

Salary: £26,000 - £32,000

Responsibilities:

With a busy Hire desk this person will be responsible for the day to day running of the hire desk operations

• Speaking with customers regarding equipment they need to hire
• Providing quotes
• Arranging deliveries and collections
• Managing the hire desk email inbox
• Dealing with any questions or queries
• Building relationships with clients
• Ad-hoc duties

The ideal candidate will have a background in coordinating hire equipment or liaising between the client and contractors

Hours: 42 hours a week
