We're Hiring: Hire Desk Controller – Bathgate

Location: Bathgate

Hours: Full Time, Permanent, Monday – Friday (42.5 hours per week)

Salary: £27,000 – £29,000 per annum (DOE)

Are you a confident communicator with strong organisational skills and a passion for customer service? Join our busy and growing team in Bathgate as a Hire Desk Controller and play a key role in coordinating equipment hire across our network.

What You'll Do:

Handle incoming enquiries and orders from customers
Coordinate hire and delivery of equipment efficiently
Liaise with drivers, workshop teams, and depots to ensure smooth operations
Build and maintain great relationships with clients and suppliers
Maintain accurate hire records and documentation

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a hire desk or customer service role (plant/tool hire ideal)
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Strong IT skills and attention to detail
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
