A well-established and ambitious secondary school in Hillingdon is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable History Teacher to join its Humanities department from September 2025. This is a full-time position, offered as either a permanent role or a long-term agency contract, depending on the applicant's preference and experience.

History Teacher - Key Responsibilities
* Teach History across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 available for suitable candidates)
* Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons that promote historical inquiry, critical thinking, and contextual understanding
* Inspire students to explore the past and understand its relevance to the present
* Contribute to curriculum development and departmental enrichment, including trips and history-themed activities
* Support the wider Humanities faculty through collaboration and shared planning

Person Specification:
