A fantastic Secondary School in Westmister are on the hunt for an Aspiring History Teacher for a September 2025 start. This is a full-time and long-term post!

You will be working across the History Department, supporting KS3-5 lessons, while having a focus on attainment & the quality of learning. This is the perfect opportunity if you're an aspiring History Teacher looking to gain experience before enrolling on teacher training.

The Head Teacher would ideally like a History Graduate with any of the following History related degrees:

• History Graduate
• Secondary Tutor (Subject dependent)
• Working across KS3-5 with a focus on raising attainment
• Carrying out GCSE & A Level interventions
• Enrolling on the Aspiring History Teacher Programme (Schools Direct)
• Sepember 2025 start - Full-Time & Long-Term
• £105 - £110 per day
• Located in Westmister

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• Must have a desirable degree in the above subjects from a reputable University
• Good A Levels & GCSEs across the board
• Must be confident within your ability and knowledge of both the GCSE & A Level curriculum
• You must be able to engage and motivate the students
• Commitment and ambition to succeed are key throughout!
