Position: HLTA / PPA Cover
Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, long-term role
Lunch: 45 minutes (or 30 minutes if preferred)
Salary: £15.94 - £17 per hour
Contract: Long-term

Romano Education is recruiting on behalf of a school in Blackpool for a HLTA / PPA Cover role. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HLTA to support with PPA cover on a long-term basis.

The Role:

• Delivering pre-planned lessons across different year groups.
• Supporting the teaching and learning of pupils in line with the curriculum.
• Providing effective classroom management and ensuring a positive learning environment.
• Collaborating with teachers and support staff to maintain continuity in learning.

Requirements:

• HLTA qualification or relevant experience.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Ability to deliver lessons confidently and effectively.
• A flexible and proactive approach.
