Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a HLTA qualification or equivalent experience? Would you love to make a real impact by delivering phonics interventions and providing class cover across an outstanding primary school?

Tradewind Recruitment is excited to be working with a high-achieving, three-form entry primary school in Southall that is looking for a dedicated HLTA to join their team for the summer term. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about early reading development and who thrives in a varied role supporting students across the school.

• Phonics Interventions - Deliver small-group phonics sessions to Year 1 pupils to support early reading progress.
• Class Cover - Step in for teachers when needed across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 to ensure continuity of learning.
• Supporting Learning - Work closely with teachers to provide high-quality support to students, adapting lessons to individual needs.
• Engaging with School Life - Be an integral part of the school community, attending staff meetings and contributing to the wider curriculum.
