Job Title : High Level Teaching Assistant

Requirements:

• Level 4 qualification as a Teaching Assistant.
• Experience working in a primary school setting.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to adapt to different year groups and teaching styles.
• Eligibility to work in UK
• Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for a new one through Randstad Education)
• 2 recent professional references

Responsibilities:

• Provide PPA cover across various year groups.
• Support teachers in delivering high-quality education.
• Assist with classroom management and lesson preparation.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
