Pay Rate: £100 - £110 per day (depending on experience)

Employment Type: Full-time

What We're Looking For:

HLTA qualification or equivalent

Experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school

Strong classroom management and the ability to provide focused support to individuals and small groups

Excellent communication skills, both with students and staff

Passion for making a difference in children's education and development

Flexibility and a positive, proactive attitude

What You'll Be Doing:
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you'll support the class teacher by delivering targeted interventions, managing classroom activities, and working with groups of students to enhance their learning.
