Pay Rate: £100 - £110 per day (depending on experience)

Contract Type: Full-time

Key Requirements:

HLTA qualification or equivalent

Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, ideally in a primary school setting

Strong classroom management skills and the ability to support individual and small groups of children

Excellent communication and organisational abilities

Passion for supporting students' learning and development

A proactive, flexible approach to your work

Role Overview:
In this full-time HLTA role, you will be working closely with class teachers to deliver high-quality support to students. You will provide individual and small group interventions, assisting with lesson delivery, classroom management, and the creation of engaging learning resources. You will play a key role in ensuring students' progress and helping to maintain a positive learning environment.
