Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Primary School - Lambeth (Near Denmark Hill Station)

Location: Lambeth - Short walk from Denmark Hill Station

Contract: Full-time, Long-term
Salary: £105 - £120 per day (depending on experience)

A welcoming and diverse primary school in Lambeth, close to Denmark Hill Station, is seeking a skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team immediately. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident HLTA to support learning across the school and step up into class cover when required.

• Work across KS1 and KS2 supporting learning and classroom delivery

• Lead small group sessions and provide targeted interventions

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons in the teacher's absence

• Join a collaborative and supportive staff team

• Excellent location with great transport links

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience

• Previous experience in a primary school setting

• Confident leading a class and supporting a range of pupils

• Excellent communication, organisation, and behaviour management skills

• A proactive and flexible approach to classroom support

• DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
