This is a fantastic opportunity to join a primary school in Trafford with a 'outstanding' Ofsted rating. The school provides a structured, nurturing environment where staff are committed to helping students overcome barriers to learning. With small class sizes, a strong pastoral support system, and a focus on holistic development, the school is known for its inclusive ethos and collaborative team culture. This is a full-time, term-time role starting in September. It is initially offered on a temporary basis, with the potential to become permanent depending on performance and fit within the team.

The successful HLTA should have the experience below.
- HLTA qualification
- Supporting students with needs in and out of the classroom
- Delivering small group and one-to-one interventions
- Assisting with planning and adapting learning materials
- Promoting positive behaviour and emotional regulation
- Collaborating with teaching and pastoral staff to ensure consistent support
- Experience working with children or young people
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- A calm, patient, and resilient approach
- A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable learners
