Are you a confident HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) with strong experience supporting students with Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD)?

SANZA Teaching Agency is proud to be working exclusively with a fantastic service in the London Borough of Redbridge to recruit a skilled and passionate HLTA for the Autumn Term to support across several educational settings .

About the Role:

• Full-time HLTA role for the Autumn Term (September - December 2025)
• Working flexibly across Primary and Secondary Key Phases
• Supporting students with SpLD including dyslexia, dyspraxia, and processing difficulties
• Working closely with SENCOs and class teachers to plan and deliver tailored interventions
• Providing 1:1 and small group support to boost learning outcomes

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Proven HLTA experience with relevant HLTA qualification or equivalent
• Strong understanding of SpLD and effective strategies to support learners
• A flexible and proactive approach to supporting students across year groups
• Enhanced DBS (or be willing to apply for one through SANZA)
