A vibrant and inclusive primary school in Dudley is seeking a dedicated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team from September 2025. The school is committed to providing a nurturing learning environment where every child is supported to achieve their full potential.
As an HLTA, you will work across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, delivering small group interventions, providing 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs, and covering PPA (Planning, Preparation and Assessment) time for class teachers. You will play a key role in raising attainment and supporting inclusive learning across the school.

What you'll need to succeed

• HLTA status or equivalent Level 4 qualification
• Experience supporting children across KS1 and KS2
• Ability to deliver targeted interventions and manage small groups
• Confident in covering whole-class lessons during PPA
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• A proactive, flexible, and child-centred approach
