HLTA

Inclusive primary in Watford seeks an HLTA to lead interventions and occasional whole-class cover.

• Plan/deliver small-group English/Maths interventions

• PPA/short-term class cover (planning provided)

• Work with SENCo on targeted support

• Support with assessment and feedback

• HLTA status or strong TA Level 3 with cover experience

• Secure phonics/reading and core Maths knowledge

• Confident behaviour management and warm rapport

• Enhanced DBS + RTW

Details: Watford | Start ASAP/September | £110-£135/day (umbrella) | 8:30-3:30 | Long-term (perm possible)
