What You Will Do:

- Define and communicate timing requirements across the HMI HF Team and other key stakeholders.

- Collaborate with various delivery and integration departments to ensure departmental planning aligns with programme needs.

- Use tools such as JIRA and Confluence to effectively plan, track, and communicate project progress.

- Develop and adjust work plans to accommodate programme timelines and late-stage changes.

- Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and changes to both internal and external stakeholders.

- Coordinate with global teams to align with specification releases and share valuable planning insights.

What You Will Bring:

- Proven experience working within Agile frameworks and methodologies.

- Strong organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Demonstrated ability to plan for and manage sizable teams in complex organisational structures.

- Proficiency in Agile planning tools, such as JIRA and Confluence.
