Hoist Operative

Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting for a certified Hoist Operator in Bristol BS1

The right candidate will be self-motivated with excellent communication skills and an unwavering commitment to safety.

Reporting to the Site Manager, the Hoist Operator will mainly operate hoists to move people and materials on sites.

They will be responsible for issuing, checking, recording and returning of all hoists and accessories. Some general labourer work will also be required.

The successful candidate will also be expected to carry out daily inspection of the hoist and associated equipment, including carrying out and maintaining records for inspections.

Essential Requirements:

• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to work well under high pressure
• Certificate of Professional Competence for Hoists (CPCS)

Offered:

• £18 - £20 an hour - cis available
• 9 months work
• 7:30-5:00 Monday to Friday
