Home Care Assistant Cheshunt & Cuffley

Location: Cuffley and Cheshunt, Hertfordshire

Hours: Morning shifts (8:00am–12:00pm) and Evening shifts (7:00pm–10:00pm)

Home Instead is looking for reliable and compassionate Home Care Assistants to support older adults living independently across the Cuffley and Cheshunt area. This role offers consistent, part-time hours and the chance to truly make a difference in people’s lives.

We’re currently seeking Care Professionals with availability for early mornings and evenings, with the ability to commit to at least 3–6 shifts each week.

Your Role Will Include:

• Providing personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)

• Medication reminders and routine support

• Preparing light meals and helping around the home

• Building positive, trusting relationships through companionship

• Logging accurate care notes and liaising with the wider team

Who We’re Looking For:

• Someone warm, dependable and respectful

• You must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car

• Previous care experience is helpful but not essential – we provide full training

• A genuine interest in supporting others and making a positive impact
