Hybrid (travel required within Hampshire, Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset, Devon & Cornwall)
Full-time | Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
Temporary until 30/09/2025 - Temp to perm opportunity for the right person

We're seeking a strong, experienced housing leader to join our clients team as a Home Ownership Manager, overseeing service delivery and leading a high-performing team.You’ll lead service improvements, uphold legal and regulatory compliance, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction across the Home Ownership portfolio.

Key duties:

• Lead and manage the Home Ownership Team, ensuring high-quality, customer-focused service delivery.
• Oversee compliance with housing legislation, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor team performance through regular reviews, appraisals, and one-to-ones.
• Drive continuous improvement, value for money, and service development.
• Manage budgets and ensure effective use of resources.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Asset Management) to ensure seamless service.
• Handle stakeholder communication, including residents, solicitors, and external partners.
• Support customer services related to leasehold, shared ownership, and Right to Buy/Acquire.
• Conduct and manage risk assessments within your area of responsibility.
• Promote a positive team culture focused on accountability, performance, and customer care.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience managing a housing or leasehold/home ownership team
• Strong leadership and performance management skills
• Excellent knowledge of relevant housing legislation and service delivery best practice
• Confident communicator with stakeholder engagement experience
• Based in the South West with flexibility to travel (hybrid role)
• A housing qualification or CIH membership is desirable
