A respected and customer-focused housing provider is seeking an experienced Home Ownership Manager to join their team on a temporary basis. This organisation is committed to delivering high-quality services and empowering communities through innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Your new role
As the Home Ownership Manager, you will lead a team responsible for delivering proactive, compliant, and customer-focused homeownership services. This includes managing leasehold services, Right to Buy/Acquire processes, and service charge delivery. You'll also support policy development, performance improvement, and stakeholder engagement.

• 37.5 hours per week
• Travel expected across UK

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong leadership and team management experience
• In-depth knowledge of leasehold management and housing legislation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience working in a customer-facing housing role
• Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
