• Job Title: Locum Pharmacist
• Location: Hertfordshire (Private Homecare Company)
• Duration: 4 months
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm or 9:00am–5:00pm (30-minute lunch)
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: 4 months from start date
• Rate of Pay: £27 – £33 per hour (via Umbrella)

What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our private client's team as a Locum Pharmacist and support a leading homecare service in ensuring safe and effective medication management. In this role, you will:

• screen prescriptions for accuracy and safety

• collaborate with clinical teams to ensure timely medication supply

• maintain accurate records in line with service standards

• support operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment

• liaise with patients, nurses, and logistics where required

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• a current and valid GPhC registration

• ideally, prior experience in homecare pharmacy (not essential)

• experience working in a busy pharmacy or clinical environment

• strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• the ability to work independently and under pressure

Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This is a full-time locum role running for 4 months, with working hours of either 8:00am–4:00pm or 9:00am–5:00pm. Some flexibility may be offered where needed.
