Join our welcoming hotel located in the vibrant city of Eastbourne. We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Housekeeper to help maintain our premises. This temporary position is an excellent opportunity for someone who is meticulous and enjoys ensuring guests have a pleasant stay.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness in all guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Change bed linens and make beds to ensure guest comfort.
• Replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries, towels, and tea/coffee.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to the maintenance team.
• Ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene at all times to enhance guest experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel setting is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good communication skills to effectively report back on tasks completed and any issues encountered.
