We are seeking a Neighbourhood Services Assistant to provide essential administrative support to a neighbourhood team. This role involves delivering customer services efficiently and supporting the management of neighbourhood operations.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the neighbourhood team.
• Assist in managing tenancy conditions and support the enforcement of these conditions.
• Handle enquiries professionally, adhering to service standards.
• Support the delivery of neighbourhood improvement plans and compliance with housing policies.
• Contribute to the development of service improvement initiatives and customer engagement activities.
• Maintain effective communication with partners and agencies to support business objectives.
• Manage small projects and support the broader team in achieving coordinated service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in a social housing or local authority (housing) environment.
• Understanding of housing tenancy conditions and social housing regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively.
• Excellent customer service, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with a flexible approach and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Driving licence and access to a car are preferable.
