We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading housing provider in South West London for a Housing Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity to provide essential administrative and customer service support in the management of housing services, with a particular focus on Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) cases.

• Coordinating and maintaining CCTV systems across housing estates

• Managing and responding to noise complaints, including installing noise monitoring equipment in homes

• Supporting estate security and safety inspections

• Handling reports of abandoned vehicles and liaising with police regarding ASB-related disclosures

• Ensuring case reviews follow correct safeguarding and community procedures

• Providing a broad range of administrative support to help the team run efficiently

• Highly organised with strong administrative skills

• Confident working both independently and as part of a team

• Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Digitally confident and quick to learn internal systems

Desirable:

• Experience in housing, ASB management, or legal/CCTV processes
