Housing Assistant

Do you have experience as a housing Assistant? I'm excited to be able to recruit for L&Q Housing who are looking for an experienced applicant to join an expanding team.

Responsibilities:

• To ensure delivery of a responsive, efficient, agile, high quality and customer focused housing management service.
• To deliver reliable, repeatable, and consistent services in line with policies and standard operating procedures.
• To seek out resident views and to listen and act.
• Promotes great customer services in all interactions with residents and other stakeholders.
• Provides quality resolutions to routine and more complex queries at pace to residents.
• Represents and champions residents, always.
• Housing Management duties as requested.

Key parts of the role:

• Must Have Strong Admin and IT Skills
• Housing Experience
• Slough Office - Beacon House, 50 Stoke Road, SL2 5AW.
• Salary: £27,582
• 3-month assignment - May go on longer
• Potentially perm.
• Up to 3 times a week for on duty work.
