A busy and dynamic Central Support Services Team is looking for a Temporary Central Services Co-ordinator to provide essential administrative and customer service support. About the RoleAs a Central Services Co-ordinator, you will act as the first point of contact for all incoming and outgoing queries, ensuring they are handled with professionalism and efficiency. You will play a key role in supporting internal processes and maintaining service standards, including:
Auditing data entered by operatives to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Reporting data quality issues to relevant managers for action.
Assisting with compliance monitoring, including tracking mandatory training requirements.
Providing excellent support to both internal colleagues and external suppliers/customers.
We're looking for someone who is:
Highly organised, with previous office-based experience.
Able to work well under pressure and use their own initiative.
Confident in dealing with problems and finding effective solutions.
Proficient with IT systems, especially Microsoft Excel.
Committed to delivering outstanding customer service at all times.
An excellent communicator, comfortable working with a range of stakeholders.
