Locum Housing Litigation Lawyer – 3-6 months + - Predominantly Remote Working – Full Time or Part time – Up to £55 per hour – Midlands

Position: Locum Housing Litigation Lawyer

Organisation: Home Counties

Duration: 3-6 months +

Working Pattern: Full Time

Working Arrangement: Predominantly Remote Working, to attend Court when required and office on occasion

Hourly Rate: Up to £55 per hour Umbrella

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working within a Local Authority and can demonstrate knowledge of Housing Litigation matters.

Duties may include:

• Undertake all aspects of legal work relating to Housing Litigation including housing possessions, ASB, injunctions, homelessness, and housing disrepair
• Liaise and work collaboratively with other legal representatives as well as providing guidance to other staff
• To prepare and manage a varied caseload in relation to Housing Management and support case preparation for court
