A respected Housing Association based in Hampshire is seeking an experienced professional to join their team on a six-month contract, with the potential for extension. This role offers the chance to work closely with the Head of Operations during a pivotal period of organisational change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a comprehensive, proactive, and pragmatic housing and neighbourhood management service.
• Collaborate with the Housing Team to deliver the organisation’s landlord strategy.
• Ensure a customer-focused approach to neighbourhood and maintenance management.
• Support integration efforts following a recent merger with another housing provider.
