Housing Officer

I am currently working with a local authority in Stroud who are looking for a Housing Officer to join their team on an ongoing temporary contract.

Housing Officer responsibilities:
·Be a visible presence on specialist housing schemes, maximising communication to achieve tenancy sustainability and positive tenancy management
·Enforce tenancy conditions in line with agreements, policies and standards, with an early intervention and prevention ethos
·Managing low levels of ASB
·Dealing with Neighbourhood Issues
·Dealing with Tenancy queries and complaints

Housing Officer requirements:
·Previous experience as a Housing Officer, ASB officer, Income Officer
·Be able to hit the ground running
·Available within 1 week
