Morgan Hunt's Public Sector and Government client based in Hammersmith and Fulham, West London, is looking to recruit a Housing Officer to lead on a programme of tenancy audit visits, updating business intelligence held for the people and places we manage.

You will play a crucial role to provide a general tenancy and neighbourhood management services.

This assignment has been deemed inside of IR35.

Ideal candidate should must have the ability:
- To provide a customer focused, proactive and high- quality tenancy / leasehold, neighbourhood management services.
- To enable residents or tenants with the compliance terms of their tenancy / lease.
- To build an effective relationship with residents, increasing resident satisfaction and quality of life.
- To identify and provide support to our more vulnerable residents, ensuring they are linked into support services and the local neighbourhood.
- To lead on a programme of tenancy audit visits, updating business intelligence held for the peoples and places we manage.
