Job Description - Housing Officer

We're looking for a Housing Officer to join one of the largest Housing Associations in the South West on a temporary 3-month contract based in Exeter. This role is offering hybrid and flexible working patters.

Role: Housing Officer
Location: Exeter
Contract Length - Minimum 3 months
Hourly rate: Negotiable

As a Housing Officer you'll be doing:

• Managing a patch of general needs properties across Exeter
• Supporting residents with tenancy issues, including low level ASB and safeguarding concerns
• Carrying out estate inspections and tenancy audits
• Working closely with external agencies, contractors, and internal teams to resolve problems
• Promoting tenancy sustainment and resident engagement
