- Conduct housing options interviews, assess client needs, and offer high\-quality advice to aid informed decision\-making.
- Negotiate and mediate with landlords, parents, and accommodation providers to prevent homelessness, including conducting home visits.
- Deliver advice through various channels such as face\-to\-face appointments, phone, correspondence, outreach, and co\-location settings.
- Utilize detailed knowledge of housing, homelessness, childrenâs, welfare, immigration, landlord/tenant, and family law to provide accurate advice.
Essential Experience
- Experience in providing homelessness prevention and housing options advice to diverse communities.
- Experience in a busy, customer\-focused environment, delivering excellent service.
- Ability to negotiate with customers and third parties to achieve housing solutions.
