Pay rate to £25.23 per hour
Contract role, Local Government Housing

We are recruiting for an experienced Housing Officer in East London

We require a full time temp housing officer for a year - 36 hours per week to start asap.

Based at the Orchard Housing Office, the key responsibilities include:-

Identifying vulnerable residents and working with partner agencies to ensure all residents can live safely and sustain their tenancies

All areas of Tenancy Management including: successions, assignments mutual exchanges and legal issues, including preparing statements and presenting these at court, boundary disputes and damage to property

The successful management of anti-social behaviour - proactive case management, negotiation, finding solutions, updating victims and keeping detailed records.

Daily use of a car and a full driving license is essential.

This is a contract role, and you will need to have experience in a similar role.
