Job Description - Housing Paralegal

A Housing Association is currently looking for a number of Hosuing Paralegal's on a temporary basis for about 2 months

Key responsibilities are as follows

Involved in preparing and submitting legal applications related to lease expiry and arrears cases

Required to attend court hearings to represent company in matters concerning arrears. and lease expiry

Providing guidance and oversight to legal assistants supporting these processes

PAYE rate is £25.88 Umbrella rate £34.22

Essential requirements

Must have experience of workign in housing and dealign with leases and arrears

Must be imemdiately available or on short notice
