Location – Hampshire / Dorset (Patch-Based Role with Agile Working)
Contract – Temporary (6 Months)
Hours – Full-time
Pay Rate – £37.89 per hour (LTD)
Role Summary:
We are currently recruiting for a Housing Partner on a 6-month temporary contract with a respected housing provider. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in local communities, acting as the key point of contact for residents across a designated patch in Hampshire or Dorset.
The role focuses on delivering proactive tenancy management, maintaining safe and thriving neighbourhoods, and ensuring residents receive a high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out tenancy visits, sign-ups, audits, and end-of-tenancy processes.
Address tenancy breaches such as anti-social behaviour, unauthorised occupancy, and property misuse.
Conduct regular estate inspections and take action on environmental and communal area issues.
Engage with vulnerable tenants and refer to appropriate support agencies where needed.
Represent the organisation in multi-agency safeguarding or enforcement settings.
Ensure detailed and accurate record-keeping using the housing management system.

Requirements:

Strong background in housing, tenancy, or neighbourhood management.
Working knowledge of housing legislation and enforcement processes.
Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
A proactive, visible, and community-focused approach to service delivery.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle required.
Must be comfortable working independently in the field.
