Are you great with people and passionate about providing excellent service? We're looking for a Housing Receptionist to join a dynamic, purpose-driven team in a fast-paced, front-of-house environment.

What you'll do:

• Be the welcoming face for all visitors and service users
• Handle enquiries, bookings, payments, and general reception duties
• Ensure safety by performing routine checks, monitoring access, and acting as a First Aider/Fire Marshal
• Support a safe and inclusive environment for residents and community members
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience

What we're looking for:

• Strong communication and people skills
• Calm, confident, and professional under pressure
• Experience in customer service or reception roles is a plus
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
