Contract: 8 weeks

A local council are searching for a Housing Service Administrator to join their team.

Seeking experienced administrators to join their Housing Services department to complete an urgent project. The purpose of this role is to compile data on tenants’ disabilities and vulnerabilities and the creation of a database of this information from existing paper records.

Accountabilities

• To have responsibility for the review of existing tenancy audit records based upon guidance of information required for the creation of an excel database and update of existing Housing Management System in respect of tenant disabilities and vulnerabilities.
• Collating and filing documents relating to the Tenancy Management Team.
