Your new company
Working with a social housing provider in Sheffield to support as the first line contact for all homeless service users.
4 temporary positions available until the end of October currently. ASAP starts.
5 days per week in the office

Your new role
Any interaction withhomeless people attending the walk-in centre. (First point of contact)
Most/all homelessservice users will have an assigned contact but if they're unable to attendthen the officer will have to cover and support.
Completing homelessassessments
Understanding &deciding eligibility & priority
Offering lots ofadvice to service users
Dealing with difficultsituations

What you'll need to succeed
DBS required
Previous experience in social housing essential
