Housing Support Officer

Housing Support Officer Required

Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Duration: 3 months

Location: Worcester

Main duties of the role:

· Working in a role attending to clients who have a variety of different needs properties to provide expert support

· Follow and update individual support plans

· Ensure any maintenance issues are reported and followed up on time and make sure void properties are ready for new tenants to move into

· Liaise with a range of internal and external agencies

· Assist clients with any budgeting and taking them to appointments

· Make sure confidentiality is upheld at all times and comply with GPDR

· Uphold safeguarding and adhere to health and safety procedures ensuring that any issues that are identified are recording correctly

Essential requirements:

· An Enhanced DBS from within the last year

· Experience or an interest in working with vulnerable people

· Good IT skills including Microsoft packages
