What You'll Do:

As an HR Admin Support, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth HR operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Employee File Management: Set up new starters and archive leavers efficiently.
• Entry and Exit Procedures: Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes in compliance with local regulations.
• Employee References: Support the preparation and provision of references for employees.
• Meeting Support: Provide note-taking assistance during employee relations meetings.
• Record Maintenance: Update and maintain employee records, including HR Information Systems.
• Payroll Data Management: Enter key information for monthly payroll cycles.
• Reporting: Prepare regular and ad hoc HR reports to help drive informed decisions.
• Policy Implementation: Assist in implementing UK employee-related policies aligned with legal requirements.
• Communication: Facilitate efficient communication regarding HR changes, joiners, leavers, and promotions.
• Feedback Loop: Offer continuous feedback to your Line Manager to improve ongoing processes.
• Ad Hoc Duties: Support the HR team with various tasks as required.

What We're Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualities:

• Excellent Communication: Strong written and oral communication skills to convey complex information clearly.
• Initiative & prioritisation: Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Flexibility: Adaptable to changing priorities and capable of absorbing new information quickly.
• HR Knowledge: Understanding of UK employment law and HR best practises is a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in an administration role is advantageous.
