Job Description - HR Administrator

SF are working with a fantastic company within the education sector. We're looking for a reliable and organised HR Administrator to join a fantastic team over in Coventry. You'll provide essential support across HR processes, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and compliance checks
  • Support payroll processes with timely data input
  • Track absence, annual leave, and support performance reviews
  • Prepare HR documents (contracts, letters, references)
  • Respond to routine HR queries and support internal communications


What We're Looking For

  • Strong admin skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and confidentiality awareness
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • HR experience or education sector experience is a plus


This will be an on-going temporary assignment between £14-£15 per hour - if you are interested, apply now.
