Job Description - HR Administrator

HR Advisor

Based in Burton-upon-Trent

Monday to Thursday 8:30am till 5:00pm and Fridays 8:30am till 4:00pm

£12.21 per hour

Temporary to permanent opportunity!

Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey in the world of Human Resources? We are on the lookout for a vibrant and dedicated HR Administrator to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to shine in a temp-to-perm role where your contributions will make a real difference!

What You'll Do:

As our HR Administrator, you will be the heartbeat of our HR department, ensuring smooth operations and supporting our employees every step of the way.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes with enthusiasm.
  • Coordinating training sessions and employee development initiatives.
  • Responding to employee inquiries and providing exceptional support.
  • Assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Contributing to a positive workplace culture that fosters growth and collaboration.

What We're Looking For:

We are searching for a candidate who is passionate about HR and thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you have the following skills and attributes, we want to hear from you:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
  • Previous experience in an HR role is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems.
