HR Administrator

Job Title: HR Administrator
Location: Hungerford
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
Pay Rate: £12.28 per hour
Contract: Temporary - ASAP start until September (may lead to a permanent role for the right person)

The Role:
We're looking for a reliable and organised HR Administrator to support our busy People Team. This role is perfect for someone with strong admin skills and some experience in HR. You'll help keep records up to date, process changes and handle day-to-day HR tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update documents

• Keep digital HR records accurate and organised

• Input data into HR systems and support payroll changes

• Respond to basic HR queries

• Support with absence tracking

• Help with reports and general admin tasks

• Assist in HR projects and staff engagement activities

What We're Looking For:

• Strong admin skills with good attention to detail

• Previous experience in an HR or office environment

• Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Able to handle confidential information

• Experience using HR systems is a bonus

• HR qualification or working towards one is a plus
